Show People Why They Should Hire You
Turning what you know into content that makes the right people want to work with you.
Concept to Content: 4-Week Coaching Program
You Know Your Business. But What Should You Post?
You know how to help your customers. But turning that knowledge into videos and social media posts isn't always easy.
What should you talk about? How do you record it? And how do you know if it's helping your business?
That's where we come in.
In our four-week Concept to Content program, we'll help you find the stories, tips, and answers your future customers need to hear.
Then we'll work together to turn those ideas into content you can actually share.
You bring the knowledge. We'll help you share it.
How It Works
Week 1: Find Out What to Say
We'll identify who you want to reach, what problems you help them solve, and what makes your business different. You'll leave with a simple content plan and your first ideas ready to record.
Week 2 — Start Making Content
We'll review what you've created, help you improve it, and get you comfortable sharing your knowledge. Then we'll prepare for your podcast conversation.
Week 3 — Tell Your Story
You'll join us for an episode of Gabbing with Gabber. We'll guide the conversation so you can show future customers what you know, how you help, and why they should work with you.
Week 4 — Share It and Keep Going
We'll review your finished podcast and 2–3 edited social media clips. You'll learn how to share them, what results to watch, and how to keep creating content after the program ends.
Four weeks. Four one-on-one sessions. A podcast episode. 2–3 social media clips. A plan you can keep using.
About Your Coaches
Pj Jacokes
Pj Jacokes has spent the last two decades teaching people to think faster, listen better, and stop being so precious about getting it "right"- first through improv, now through podcasting and video.
He's the co-founder and former producer of Go Comedy! Improv Theater in Ferndale, where he also created GoU: The Improv Academy, the theater's training arm. Before that, he cut his teeth at The Second City, Detroit - working his way from touring company actor to resident stage manager to head instructor of the conservatory.
Pj spent years running team-building and communication workshops, first at GO and now with MakeShift Creative Group. Over the years, he's brought his signature training style to companies like Rocket Mortgage, BCBS, Google, The Detroit Pistons, The Detroit Lions, The National Institute of Health, DFCU Financial, and the State Bar of Michigan.
These days he's building Gabber Media with business partner Matt Naas, producing and coaching podcasts for clients across Metro Detroit - which is really just an excuse to keep doing what he's always done: help people be their best selves in front of a mic or a camera.
Along the way he's shown up on Comedy Central's Detroiters, traded lines with Eminem, andstarred in Hungry Howie's "Ad Guys" ads for eight years- ask him about it sometime.
Matt Naas
Matt Naas is the founder of Gabber Media, where he helps business owners turn their experience and expertise into clear, useful video and podcast content. His approach focuses on making content creation less intimidating by helping people discover what to say, communicate it naturally, and build a process they can realistically repeat.
Matt has been podcasting since 2016 and has hosted and produced hundreds of podcast episodes, along with short-form videos, interviews, live streams, and client productions. His background in improv comedy and instruction shapes his hands-on coaching style, which helps participants become more comfortable thinking, speaking, and responding on camera.
Before starting Gabber Media, Matt spent 22 years at General Motors in training, communication, and customer experience. As an improv writer, performer, and trainer for Go Comedy and The Second City, he learned how to help people communicate naturally without sounding rehearsed. Today, through work with entrepreneurs and creators like Wayne County Lyfe, he makes content creation practical, approachable, and fun.
